In the project designed by Tabanl\u0131o\u011flu company, the Common Area and Stores and Marketplace Monumental Structures spread over an area of 30,000 square meters in the 3rd Airport International Terminal Duty Free area were transformed from concept design to production. The productions in question, all of which were designed only for this project and each of which required separate expertise, were positioned in the most popular locations of the Duty Free area. All electrical, mechanical and complementary productions of the relevant structures were also undertaken by our company.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The two, three, four and five axis intermediate parts of this production, called Steel Trees, which have a total of 150 tons, were produced on very special CNC machines, their paints were applied with a special system and special cranes were used for assembly.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meshes of our production, called mesh structure, were imported from Germany and stretched with special stainless carriers made here, and the assembly was completed with special lighting designed specifically for this product.<\/span><\/p>\n

The top coating specially prepared for the form of the product called stainless canopy has an aluminum eggshell shape and stainless gold coatings have also been imported from abroad for this product.<\/span><\/p>\n

In our production, which functions as a circular store, the main carriers were produced on five-axis machines and brought from abroad, and the details were completed with specially produced curved glasses.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

UNIFREE WAREHOUSE AND TECHNICAL AREAS<\/span><\/h4>\n

The electrical, mechanical and construction activities of the 3 warehouse areas with a total area of 30,000 square meters, which will feed Unifree stores, have been completed with full automation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Areas equipped with special shelf systems have been connected to automation according to the nature of each product, special fire systems have been installed and air conditioning has been provided. Offices with the capacity to serve the area have been designed within each area and completed on a turnkey basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

10,000 square meters of technical areas were designed independently of the warehouse areas to serve the store staff and their turnkey construction was completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

UNIFREE HEAD OFFICE<\/span><\/h4>\n

The general management office project, located on a total area of 7000 square meters within the 3rd Airport, was completed on a turnkey basis in terms of automation, electricity, mechanics and construction.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
