The building was built on a sloping plot in Esentepe / Şişli with bored piles to form four basement floors. It consists of two separate blocks connected to each other by half floors and with rows of offices on the parts facing the inner void.

The building has a rich architecture in terms of common areas as well as offices. Daylight is taken in with the roof light and other lights on the interior space, creating a bright and spacious effect everywhere. The perforated panels made of aluminum that surround the building move at various angles with automation and provide solar control, creating a transparent relationship with the street.

The building electrical infrastructure was solved with reference to the smart building methodology. The electrical needs of the work desks were met with the network and UPS busbars installed under the raised floor.

Building lighting controls are provided with daylight sensors and presence detectors. In this way, maximum benefit from daylight is obtained and significant gains are made in energy efficiency and savings.

Building heating and cooling systems also operate in accordance with the building automation program within the specified scenario and are designed to prepare the users' working environment according to seasonal temperature values.

In this way, suitable air-conditioning conditions were provided for the working environment and a comfortable living space was created for the employees.

The building is also protected and monitored against possible dangers with fire alarm, emergency announcement, CCTV, Access and burglar alarm systems, which are required by smart building projects.

The building is covered with sunshade panels on all four sides. The panels are connected to the facade with electric pistons and have achieved movement capability with these pistons.

The movement of the panels on the facade ensures that the sun's rays are controlled at the desired point. The infrastructure has been prepared so that the panel control can be provided by the user via PC, tablet and smart phones via automation.
