It is a 7-storey building built on an area of 14,000 square meters, consisting of 2 floors of parking, 4 floors of shopping area and a technical floor. The total construction area is 90,000 square meters and has a rental area of 33,000 square meters. In the interior solutions of the building, a regular circulation has been provided with the help of large gallery spaces, and ceiling and floor solutions have accompanied this design decision.

Activities such as food court and cinema are located on the last floor of the building, and the customers' contact with the open air is provided by the terrace design on this floor.

Circulation areas are designed inside plasterboard pools, illuminated with hidden lighting and spotlights, and all spaces are solved with fire automation and low current systems. The building exterior is enlivened with aqua panels. This movement surrounds the columns defining the entrance.
