The Most Suitable Office located on the 12th floor of Kozyatağı AND Plaza was designed by EE İstanbul Proje Tasarım and manufactured by our company. In the project with an average floor width of 900 square meters; It was positioned in three separate sections as IT, Insurance and Travel, considering the employer needs. In the project, which is used in an open office layout, one large, upper middle and two small meeting rooms were placed.

Our company, with its experienced staff, took on the role of a solution partner in the implementation of the project's conceptual design and completed the project in a short period of one and a half months.
With this project, Sanat Yapı has also been appreciated for its user satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Electrical and mechanical systems that make life easier, are ergonomic, comply with the latest technology and maximize comfort conditions have been preferred in AND Plaza's Most Suitable office.
Long-lasting pendant round LEDs, pendant linear LEDs and recessed LED downlight fixtures were used.

The energy and telecom infrastructure for all tables is provided with cable collection equipment in the form of a decorative spine type, which is placed under the raised floor.
In addition, the stylish IP telephone system, emergency announcement and fire detection system integrated with the building, and the building-compatible card pass system at the plaza entrance and office entrance for all office personnel were used to ensure the most effective use of the office. Heating-Cooling needs were provided by concealed ceiling type, ducted, 4-pipe, Fancoil units, and fresh air needs were provided by spiro ducts and circular vents. Ventilation was regulated with the Air Adjustment Damper (Cav).
The energy consumed is recorded by placing a calorimeter at each floor entrance.
