The entire design and implementation of the project was carried out by our company. The existing building was stripped down to its reinforced concrete skeleton and dismantled, and the exterior, electrical, mechanical and decorative works were completed on a turnkey basis.

The building sits on an area of 1000 square meters and is designed as a 2-storey car park, lobby and 5-storey office areas. The exterior facade is designed to be sensitive to daylight and sound due to the location of the building and to maximize the comfort of the employees. The parking area has been solved with smart system parking techniques and in addition to this function, functions such as a dining hall and a fitness area have been added.

Functions such as reception, waiting and meeting areas have been resolved on our lobby floor. Office areas have been resolved in an open office logic and an open ceiling system has been designed with all the installations.
